The principal role of the Zoning Board of Adjustment [ZBA] is to review and rule on applications for zoning variances, special exceptions and hearing appeals from decisions made by administrative officials. The ZBA provides the necessary flexibility to ensure that the ordinance was applied equitably to all property. ZBA members are elected for 3-year terms.
