CEDAR ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT

The Cedar Road reconstruction project is tentatively scheduled to begin the last week of June.  This phase of the project will include the reclamation of Cedar Road from the railroad bridge to Mill Road.  This project will include grinding of the existing pavement, excavation, regrading, and installation of the base course paving.

Installation of a 1 1/2" top surface course will be installed on the entire length of Cedar Road during the 2019/2020 paving season.  During the project, Cedar Road residents will have unlimited access to their homes and minimal delays during the reclamation and paving phases.

There will be no thru traffic on Cedar Road from the entrance to Home Depot to Mill Road during the construction process.  The reconstruction, grading and paving phases shall be completed in two days.

Shoulder clean up work will be completed shortly after.

This schedule could change due to weather.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Public Works Director John Hubbard at 964-6442.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation and patience.
