FUNDING RECIPIENT: Town of North Hampton
PROJECT TITLE: PRLF-18, 227A Atlantic Avenue North Hampton Water Service Connection

The Town of North Hampton has applied for funds through the State of New Hampshire American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) to finance a water infrastructure improvement project.
The project includes connecting the property at 227A Atlantic Avenue, North Hampton, NH (Map 7, Lot 149) to the public water supply. The water service connection will extend from Hampshire Road east to the property and will be installed through a utility easement on the undeveloped, private property referenced as North Hampton Tax Map 13, Lot 68 using direction drilling.
All required permits and approvals will be obtained prior to construction.
Whereas this project constitutes only a minor project and no significant environmental impacts are anticipated, a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) is proposed.
PUBLIC REVIEW
This public notice is published in accordance with Env-Dw 1400 and a 30-day comment period will be held. Comments will be accepted through October 17, 2025 at which time the public notice will end .
