Coastal Hazards Public Input Session 1/13/22 and 1/20/22

Dear North Hampton Residents,
Please join us for a virtual input session to share your feedback on the coastal hazards master plan chapters for North Hampton and Little Boar's Head. (There are two sessions to choose from – 1/13 at 8:30AM or 1/20 at 4:30PM.) The Town of North Hampton and the Little Boar's Village District are preparing for impacts from hotter temperatures, flooding from more intense rainfall events, and rising sea levels. At this public input session, you will have an opportunity to discuss the draft recommended actions addressing climate change and coastal hazard impacts on a variety of issues – from critical infrastructure and natural resources to the local economy, public health, historic resources, and community investments. Your feedback can help prioritize recommended actions to build resilience to these impacts.
Additional information is available on the attached flyer - we encourage you to share with neighbors as well!
If you are unable to join us, there will also be opportunities to provide comments online starting January 13. An approval of the Master Plan Chapters by the North Hampton Planning Board or Little Boar’s Head Planning Board will also require a public hearing.
