Information on Coronavirus:

The Town of North Hampton is using an abundance of caution in preparing in the event that the Coronavirus (COVID-19) spreads widely in the United States.  Personal protective equipment as well as work recommendations for employees are being put in place to assure the safety of our employees as well as our ability to provide the best service to residents in need in our community. 

Essential town services (Fire/Police/Public Works) will remain however the Town Offices and the Town Clerk/Tax Collector's office is closed to the public. 

The North Hampton Public Library will be closed to patrons.  Please utilize their services on their website at

In response to the COVID-19 outbreak and in an attempt to "flatten the curve" and promote "social distancing" Dearborn Park is closed until further notice. This includes  playground, courts, and ball fields.

People at high risk for complications from OVID-19 are:

People 60 years or older;

People with chronic medical conditions, such as heart disease, lung disease or diabetes, for example

People with weakended immune systems; and

Pregnant women

If members of the public need to access town services, we encourage individuals to call departments first or utilize services online.  Please visit to register your car or pay your taxes.  Please call the Town Office at 964-8087 or the Town Clerk's office at 964-6029 with any questions.

Town meeting rooms/spaces/offices will no longer be available to outside committees or the public.

Some Public Meetings will continue as scheduled and we encourage the public to take advantage of the ability to watch Channel 22 or meetings on Town Hall Streams (

Beach Stickers will be available for purchase online beginning April 1, 2020.  You may also make your check payable to "Town of North Hampton" for $35 and place it in one of our drop boxes with a current copy of your North Hampton registration and a self-addressed stamped envelope.

As of March 13, 2020 Superintendent Lupini has cancelled schools in SAU21 until further notice.

All PASA programs have been cancelled until further notice.
