SECTION III
BUSINESS ZONING DISTRICT USES
In the Business Zoning District no building or premises shall be erected, altered or used for
A. Any use that is injurious or offensive to the neighborhood by reason of the emission of odor, fumes, dust, smoke, vibration, or noise, or the creation of a menace to health or a hazard of fire or explosion or other cause;
B. An overnight camp, public garage, or trailer camp;
C. Dumping of garbage, papers, glass, metals or any other substance;
D. A junkyard or automobile graveyard;
E. Any use except:
1. A use permitted in the Residential Zoning District or Bathhouse Zoning District; and
2. One or more of the following specific uses provided that no merchandise is displayed outdoors and provided that the Board of Adjustment shall rule that such use in the given case and location and under conditions specified in the permit therefor is not detrimental, injurious, or offensive to the neighborhood:
a. Retail store or personal service shop.
b. Luncheon or restaurant.
c. Gasoline or service stations.
d. Hotel or motel.
