SECTION VII - FEES
A. Application Fees
An application fee must accompany any application for subdivision, the fee being equal to the following schedule, plus $4.00 per abutter including the land owner and any professional whose seal appears on the plat.
1. $25 per lot created by the subdivision or $50 minimum
2. Not less than $200 if a street is to be constructed
3. $50 for a design review public hearing
B. Other Fees
Reasonable fees in addition to those above may be imposed by the Board to cover its administrative expenses and costs of any special investigative studies, review of documents, and other matters which may be required by particular application.
