SECTION I - AUTHORITY
Pursuant to the authority vested in the North Hampton Planning Board by the voters of the Town of North Hampton at the Annual Town Meeting of March 8, 1955, and to the authority granted to the Planning Board under Chapter 674:35-42 of the Revised Statutes Annotated of New Hampshire of 1995, as amended, the Planning Board hereby adopts the following regulations governing the subdivision of land in the Town of North Hampton.
These regulations shall be known, and may be cited as, the "Town of North Hampton Subdivision Regulations," hereinafter referred to as "Subdivision Regulations." The current set of Regulations revise and replace the North Hampton Subdivision Regulations of 1996, as amended, and take effect upon adoption by the Board and filing with the Town Clerk in accordance with RSA 675:6. A copy shall also be filed with the New Hampshire Office of State Plan-ning in accordance with RSA 675:9.
