Section I - Authority
Pursuant to the authority vested in the Planning Board by the Town Meeting held on March 10, 1981 and in accordance with the provisions of New Hampshire RSA 674:43-44, as amended, the Town of North Hampton Planning Board presents the following regulations. These regulations govern the review of site plans for the development or change or expansion of use of tracts for nonresidential uses or for multi-family dwelling units, whether or not such development includes a subdivision or resubdivision of the site.
