SECTION 17 - WAIVERS
The Regulator, upon application and following a hearing, may grant a waiver in writing, to the standards contained in these Regulations for good cause show except as prohibited by RSA 155-E. The written decision shall state specifically what standards, if any, are being relaxed and include reasonable alternative conditions.
