Welcome to the Town of North Hampton, New Hampshire. As your Town Administrator, it is exciting to be here on the beautiful New Hampshire Seacoast. We are happy to assist you in any way we can pertaining to town operations. The Select Board and Town staff are committed to delivering the best community services. 

The Town Administrator is appointed by the Select Board to function as the Chief Administrative Officer of the Town, responsible for the proper administration of the day to day operation of the Town government. It is the Town Administrator’s responsibility to keep the Select Board informed of the Town's needs and ongoing conditions, provide reports as may be required or requested by the Select Board. The Town Administrator advises the Select Board on issues that may come before it, but acts in a non voting advisory capacity only.

Employment Opportunities:

PART-TIME RECYCLING CENTER ATTENDANT wanted for the North Hampton Department of Public Works.  This is a part time position working at the municipal recycling facility.  

This position performs general manual labor tasks such as assisting residents with recycling various materials, general grounds maintenance of building/ roadsides, and other duties of the Department of Public Works.  Applicants must have a valid NH driving license and must be in satisfactory physical condition to perform manual labor in an outdoor environment.  Starting wage range is $12.00 to $13.00 per hour with a work schedule of 8 hours on Saturdays.

Interested individuals may pick up an application at the North Hampton Town Offices,    7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Mon. thru Thurs. and  8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Fridays.  The town offices are located at 233 Atlantic Avenue or call the Department of Public Works @ 964-6442 for more information.
